Kusum Kanguru Peak ( 6369m.)

Kusum Kanguru, an impressive peak of rock and ice possess a great challenge to the mountaineers. It is considered the most difficult peak for climbing among the trekking peaks in Nepal . Among the three summits, the north face of the main summit is the most impressive. For the south – east face route, the approach is made from Hinku Valley side and for the north face route we follow the trekking trail of Everest base camp up to Manjo and move ahead towards the east - south for two days to reach the base camp. The climbing is technically difficult to all possible routes and requires very good skills and experience of climbing on rock and ice.
Day 01: Kathmandu – Lukla by flight. Trek to Phakding
Day 02: Trek to Manjo
Day 03 – 04: Trek to base camp
Day 05 – 10: Climbing period
Day 11 – 13: Retrace to Lukla.
Day 14: Lukla – Kathmandu by flight.
Cost will be provided on request.
The cost includes:
- Full camping trek arrangement ( cook, kitchen boy, porters, all meals, cooking and camping equipment)
- Peak permit fee.
- Climbing guide and his equipment allowance
- High altitude tent, ropes, snow bars, gas (high fuel) & high food.
